Shipping Policy — Minimallery
Welcome to Minimallery! We are committed to delivering your orders with speed, care, and transparency. Please read our shipping terms carefully before placing an order.
Shipping Regions
We currently ship to most countries in APAC, Middle East, Europe, North America, and select international locations. If your country is not listed at checkout, please contact us before ordering.
Order Processing Time
- Orders are typically processed within 3-5 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays).
- During peak seasons or promotional periods, processing times may be slightly longer.
- You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched.
Shipping Times (Estimated)
- Europe: 5–12 business days
- United States & Canada: 7–20 business days
- Rest of the World: 5–25 business days
Please note: delivery times are estimates only and may vary depending on location, customs clearance, and local delivery conditions. We are not liable for delays outside our control (e.g., customs, natural events, postal disruptions).
Shipping Fees
- Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.
- Orders over a certain value may qualify for free shipping — check our promotions or banners for updates.
Address Accuracy
Please ensure your shipping address is complete and correct at checkout. We are not responsible for:
- Delays due to incorrect or incomplete addresses
- Lost packages due to customer errors
- If your package is returned to us due to address issues, reshipping costs will be the customer’s responsibility.
Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders)
Minimallery ships all orders from Hong Kong. Please note that your purchase may be subject to import duties, VAT, GST, or other customs fees imposed by your country's government.
- Carrier Collection: These charges are not collected by us at checkout. Instead, the carrier (DHL, FedEx, or local postal service) will contact you via email, SMS, or phone to collect payment before delivering your package.
- Responsibility: Paying these fees is the sole responsibility of the customer.
- Refusals: If a shipment is refused due to unexpected customs fees, the cost of return shipping and any associated penalties will be deducted from your final refund.
We are not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.
Lost or Delayed Shipments
If your order hasn’t arrived within 30 days of shipping, please contact us at lunaraura.hk@gmail.com. We’ll investigate and offer a resolution based on the shipping method and coverage used.
Refusal of Delivery / Unclaimed Packages
If you refuse a delivery due to customs fees or fail to pick it up, the package may be returned to us or abandoned. In these cases:
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
- Return shipping costs (charged by the carrier to bring the item back to Hong Kong) will be deducted from your refund.
- Any duties/taxes paid by Minimallery on your behalf to retrieve the package will be deducted from your refund.
Note: In some cases, if the return cost exceeds the value of the items, the package may be abandoned by the carrier and no refund will be issued.
Please note that refused packages are still subject to the conditions of our Return & Refund Policy, including hygiene exceptions for earrings.
