Return & Refund Policy — Minimallery

Returns Window
We offer a 7-day return policy for most regions. You have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.

  • EU/UK Customers: In accordance with local consumer laws, you have 14 days to request a return.

Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn, unused, with all original tags attached, and in its original premium packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

How to Start a Return
To start a return, contact us at lunaraura.hk@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your package.

  • Return Shipping Costs: Unless the item is defective or the wrong item was sent, customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We strongly recommend using a trackable and insured shipping service, as we cannot issue refunds for items lost or damaged during return transit.
  • Unauthorized Returns: Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Non-Returnable Items
For health and hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns on earrings for pierced ears unless they are defective upon arrival.
Other non-returnable items include:

  • Customized or personalized pearl pieces.
  • Items marked as "Final Sale."
  • Gift cards.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us at lunaraura.hk@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you if the refund was approved.

  • Approved Refunds: Will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
  • Deductions: Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
  • Duties & Taxes: Any import duties, VAT, or GST paid by the customer to their local government are non-refundable by Minimallery. Customers must contact their local customs office to inquire about duty draw-backs for returned goods.
  • Condition Note: We reserve the right to reduce the refund amount if the product is returned in a condition that shows signs of wear or damage to the pearls.
